For the next 10 days all I’m going to eat are fruits and vegetables...

but for right now I’m going to eat baked cheetos and a REAL coke. I guess you could call it my last meal. I got the idea from my mom who casually mentioned to me this weekend that she read something (probably from Oprah) that said if you only consume fruits and vegetables for 10 days you can loose 10 pounds. Of course when she said this a little light bulb went off in my head and I decided to test this theory out immediately. Because as well all know, I love to use myself as a human guinea pig.

So expect me to be bloging about my experiment. I would like to go ahead and make a prediction of how this one will turn out… I’ll be cranky and unlivable by day 5 and by day 6 I’ll be having dinner and a glass of wine at the OG. Typical.

In job hunting news… well there isn’t any news. My parents said this weekend that they didn’t want me to stress about bills and stuff so not to worry they would cover me. Which is cool and everything but any and all motivation I had flew out the window when they said that. I did find a job that I would be PERFECT for but I’m pretty sure I’m not qualified for it. Its event planning through Texas Tech and I want it really bad. I went ahead and applied for it and I think if I could get an interview my odds would increase drastically. I love interviewing. I know that makes me a freak but I’m good at it and its kind of an adrenaline rush. WEIRD. I know.

I’m also planning to get a gym membership sometime this week… but lets not get our hopes up I said the same thing last week.

I always thought blogs were SO gay….

and now look at me.

I blame the creation of this blog on a few factors….

1. I’m a recent college grad who is basically unemployed
2. Amy has a blog
3. Lubbock blows… hence extreme boredom
4. I should be studying for the GRE and this is a great way to procrastinate!
5. Once I have a real big kid job this will entertain me to no end
